Mitch and the team are very dedicated and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend the PTs enough for injury rehab. There are many exercise classes to choose from and you’ll be guaranteed to get a good workout!

Great Saturday Bootcamp class. Perfect blend of cardio based equipment mixed with weights. So know matter what your level of fitness or ability there’s always something you can perform well at. Overall brilliant atmosphere. Give it a go you won’t regret it.

Mitch is great he really helped me improve my fitness, confidence and achieve my weight loss goals over an 8 month period. He’s brilliant at making you feel comfortable and at ease whilst pushing you out of your comfort zone in a great way. very friendly and professional!

I love this gym for various reasons. The classes are varied and inclusive of all abilities, and are run throughout the day. The personal trainers are experienced and I’m working with Mitch who is helping with an injury. I thought my PT days were over when my injury was at its worst last year. However, Mitch is helping with the rehabilitation side and so far I’ve not had a problem with it! They also deliver a number of seminars on training and nutrition, suggesting a more holistic approach to fitness. I love it!
